Dow Corning Public Service Scholarship

Please note that this scholarship provides funds for a student-led project in public policy and service or for expenses related to an internship in state government in Lansing, MI. Successful candidates must have a clear action plan for one of these options. Additional requirements: a minimum 3.0 G.P.A. and class standing of sophomore (30 credits or more). Students must also have a demonstrated on-going commitment to public service, including but not limited to leadership roles in service organization, extensive history of volunteer activities, and/or completion of one or more internships in political and/or public service institutions. Students must also have a demonstrated ability or potential to make a positive contribution to their community through continued public service.
