Russell H. and Maxine E. Smith Endowed Scholarship for Student Success

Eligible candidates will be residents of Bay County who are second-year students enrolled full-time, have achieved a minimum 2.0 GPA during their first year at SVSU and demonstrate financial need. Preference will be given to first generation college students. Additional factors to be considered include academic performance, degree of financial hardship, and campus/community involvement.
