Huntley Scholarship in Science & Mathematics
Applicants for this award will be in their first year of study at SVSU (new freshmen or new transfer students), College of Science, Engineering and Technology majors, or College of Education majors with the goal of becoming a 9-12 grade level mathematics or science teachers. Candidates will have a minimum 3.0 G.P.A. An additional essay highlighting candidate’s educational goals and a letter of recommendation from a teacher, mentor, or employer is required.
