The PCBP Wounded First Responders Scholarship

The work of a first responder is often dangerous. Firefighters, paramedics, and police officers are tasked with saving lives, no matter how dire the situation may be. Many first responders have been wounded, even killed, while fighting to protect other people.

At Parthemos, Curran, Buelow and Polizzi, PLLC, we want to pay tribute to the first responders who risk everything for public safety. We have opened the Wounded First Responders Scholarship for injured first responders and their families looking to pursue an undergraduate or graduate degree. Eligibility:

  • Applicant must be a first responder injured in the line of duty OR the child of an injured first responder
  • Applicant must be enrolled or planning to enroll in an undergraduate or graduate program within the United States for the Fall 2025 semester
  • Applicant must be at least 17 years old
  • Applicant must be a citizen of the United States
