Juvenile Justice Scholarship
The Law Offices of Mark Sherman, based in Stamford, Connecticut, is pleased to announce the renewal of the firm’s Juvenile Justice Scholarship for 2024. The scholarship will award $1,000 to one student who has an interest in working with young people who have been convicted of a crime and sent to jail. We want to support them in seizing new opportunities and giving them the means to succeed in their community. Applicants may share their own experience overcoming adversity and can relate to juveniles working to rebuild their lives out of jail.
Eligibility:
The scholarship is open to any current high school senior, vocational student, college student or graduate student who is a legal resident of the United States residing in one of the 50 states or the District of Columbia and who is enrolled in a vocational program or two to four year post-secondary institution for the Spring 2025 semester.
Employees of The Law Offices of Mark Sherman, LLC, their immediate families (parent, child, sibling, and spouse), and persons living in the same households of such individuals (whether related or not), are not eligible to participate in the competition.
