To be eligible, students must be enrolled full-time, be residents of Bay, Midland, or Saginaw counties, have a minimum cumulative GPA of 2.5 and major in Pre-Special Education or Special Education. The successful candidate will be actively involved in volunteer organizations or activities focused on special needs (i.e., Special Olympics).
