Smile By Design Free Scholarship
At Smile by Design Dental, we recognize the value of giving back to our community. Each year we select one student to receive this award for the most creative and well-written essay on a different subject. Highly motivated students about their education and future goals are encouraged to apply for the Smile By Design scholarship.

The winner of the award may use the money for school admission, books, cost of living, lab fees, travel fees, and graduation.

Award Eligibility

• Enrollment verification at an accredited university, community college, online college, or high school
• Current high school seniors
• Current college students
• Canadian & US citizen or permanent resident
• Minimum 2.0 GPA
• Scholarship winner must submit a self-photo with Smile By Design Scholarship award
• The winner will also grant permission to Smile By Design to use the self-photo for future promotional use of the Smile By Design Scholarship

Application Details and Requirements

• $1,000 will be awarded to the winner of a well-written essay on the required topic.
• In 750 words or less, describe a plan that you would implement to grow a dental business using the latest technology.
• Student applicants must follow our Instagram Page to be involved with Smile By Design as part of the application requirement process.

Essays submissions will be accepted until December 31, 2021, before 11:59 PM EST.
