SVSU Health Professional Alumni

The SVSU Health Professional Alumni Endowed Scholarship was established by alumni of Saginaw Valley State University who have become leaders in our regional healthcare community to encourage students with similar leadership potential to pursue their education at SVSU.

The scholarship founders wish to enhance the quality of healthcare and human services for our region by retaining our most promising and high-achieving students in those professions to earn their degrees locally and establish careers in their local and surrounding communities.

Founding donors include: Dr. Bradi L. Boyce, DDS; Dr. Brent M. Boyce, MD; Dr. Raymond J. Dean, MD; Ms. Alice M. Gerard, BSN; Mr. Terrance E. LeRash, BSN; Mr. Terry J. Lutz, BBA; and Ms. Janet C. Sternberg, BSN. These SVSU graduates have achieved distinction in many aspects of the health professions, including education, private practice, direct patient care and healthcare administration.
