Oscar W. Kloha

This endowment fund and memorial scholarship was established by Oscar W. Kloha. Mr. Kloha was born in Bay City but was a long-time resident of Caro, Michigan where he owned Kay’s, a women’s apparel business. During his 80 years, Oscar Kloha lived a simple but meaningful life. Mr. Kloha died on November 18, 1991.

He left a large part of his estate to numerous charities throughout the Tri-County community. He also established the Oscar Kloha Scholarship at Delta College in hopes of helping a student in financial need and to encourage that student in their career goals.
