Mrs. Edna Walker and Mr. Raymond C. Walker

This scholarship was established in 1981 to honor Mrs. Edna Walker’s daughter and Mr. Raymond C. Walker’s sister, Mary C. Walker, R.N. The scholarship recognizes achievement and provides assistance to Nursing students at SVSU. It is a goal of the scholarship program to assist those student nurses who have demonstrated a good rapport with their patients, and are caring, loving people of good moral character with holistic attitudes about Nursing.
