Ming Chuan University

Ming Chuan University in Taiwan shares a sister university relationship with Saginaw Valley State University. This endowment is established with funds donated to SVSU by Ming Chuan University as part of a joint venture agreement to sustain and enrich the universities’ collaboration. This endowment will support and encourage international students seeking degrees at SVSU.
