Joyce M. Van Ochten earned her Bachelor of Business Administration degree at Saginaw Valley State University, majoring in Finance. She has provided many years of generous annual support for scholarships and other important University initiatives. She now establishes a scholarship to continue assisting students at Saginaw Valley State University who demonstrate financial need and maintain satisfactory academic progress.
