Ilmars and Peggy Dobulis

Established in 1997 by Ilmars and Peggy Dobulis to recognize excellence in the field of Mathematics, and assist students from Bay County pursuing degrees in Mathematics or Math Education. Illmars graduated from SVSU in 1978 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Mathematics. He is a financial analyst for Dow Corning Corporation. The scholarship is supported annually by donations from Mr. & Mrs. Dobulis and matching grant funds from the Dow Corning Corporation.
