Family and Friends of Nathan Weidner

The Nathan Weidner Foundation was formed by Jack and Ann Weidner along with several of their friends, to honor the memory of his son, Nathan Weidner. Nathan was an exceptional child in many respects. One of his most striking personality traits was his ability to draw children to him who were less fortunate than himself, and he would help them in any way he could. The reason this was exceptional was the fact that he himself was a child, and his caring for other children left those who knew him to realize that he was indeed a special person. A tragic accident occurred, and Nathan had to leave this world far too early in his life.
The Nathan Weidner Foundation establishes this scholarship to honor Nathan’s memory and his commitment to helping others.
