If you are a Student or Scholarship Administrator having difficulties logging in, please try the following: (1) be sure you are using your SVSU ID and password (all enrolled students and SVSU employees will have these credentials); (2) be sure you are logging in on the Applicants and Administrators tab; (3) check your SVSU credentials by attempting to log in to other campus services; (4) if you cannot recall your SVSU password, you may change it by visiting the SVSU homepage and clicking on Quick Links at the top, then “Change Password”. I have not received an invitation email: If you are serving as a Reference or Reviewer and have not received your invitation email, check your Spam or Junk folder. If you still cannot find your invitation email, reset your password to log in. Password recovery is handled by Blackbaud ID (BBID). See Blackbaud ID for password reset instructions.

If you are signing in with SSO as a Reference, Reviewer, or Donor, go to the Admin and Applicant tab to log in.

I cannot remember my password: Password reset is handled by Blackbaud ID (BBID). If you have forgotten your password, visit Blackbaud ID, select Forgot Password, and enter your email address.
