James E. O'Neill, Jr. Scholarship

This scholarship is awarded to full-time student athletes in baseball, golf, softball or tennis. Candidates will demonstrate scholastic achievement, leadership potential, and good citizenship. Preference will be given to first time in college students and Saginaw County residents.
